Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 255 platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the 255 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. 255 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page regularly for the latest version.
- This service is available to individuals aged 18 and above only.
- Users from restricted regions are not permitted to use the platform.
- Each individual may hold only one account.
Using the platform constitutes acceptance of the Terms. Must be 18+. One account per person.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Rules
- Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
- A valid email address and mobile number are required.
- Any changes to your account information must be updated immediately.
- Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
Password & Security
- Keeping your password confidential is entirely the responsibility of the user.
- Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, report it to 255 Support immediately.
- 255 is not liable for any damages resulting from third-party access.
General User Responsibilities
Users must use the platform in compliance with all applicable local laws. Misuse of the platform, including hacking, spamming, or any other harmful activity, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all winnings associated with the account may be forfeited.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on the 255 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals. The following conditions apply to every financial transaction:
- Funds deposited must come from a legitimate payment method only.
- The name on your payment method must match the name on your account.
- Withdrawal requests may take some time to process.
- 255 reserves the right to place an account under investigation in cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on your account dashboard.

255 is not liable for any loss caused by technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances. All betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own risk. 255's liability for any financial loss is limited.
All content on the 255 platform — including logos, designs, text, and game interfaces — is protected by 255's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Link Policy
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
255 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Serious Violations of These Terms
- Fraudulent Activity or Bonus Abuse
- Suspected Money Laundering
- Registration with False Information
- Legal Authority Directives
Right to Close a User's Account
Users may close their account at any time. Upon requesting account closure, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided; however, you may need to wait until all pending bets have been settled.
Third-Party Links
255 is not responsible for the content of any third-party links appearing on the 255 platform. The terms of the respective external site apply when using any outside links.
Terms Updates, Governing Law & Contact
255 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
